Pronunciation:

ma-nu-hu

ma (mo in mother), nu (knew), hu (who)

Meaning:

One who has good knowledge

Notes:

Manu is constructed from ‘man’ – knowledge and ‘u’ – good. Vishnu’s knowledge has no limitations, no boundaries, no distortions. Nor does it have any end.
