kshe-thra-gna-ha

kshe, thra, gna, ha

Meaning:

One who knows the in and out of the physical body.

Notes:

Kshetra means ‘field’. Anything where one can sow seeds and reap results is known as kshetra. Hence our body is also known as kshetra because we can sow the seeds of learning and reap the results of knowledge and learning. But the only ONE who understands this body completely is the Lord himself. Humans cannot explain most of the intricacies of their own body beyond a certain limit. Hence Vishnu, who knows all is called as Kshetragna.
